Arrival at the Muscat International Airport. Once the aircraft lands, a personal concierge will be waiting for you at the aerobridge with your names on the IPAD. Then, we will clear documents & baggage through customs and immigration while a private chauffer transports you between aircraft and our bespoke, exclusive lounges. Once everything done, our driver will transfer you to your hotel.

Overnight at Muscat

After breakfast, the guide will pick you up at hotel. Start with the visit of one of the largest mosques in the Middle East, the beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. After that, you will be transfer toward Barka, the coastal city in which our farm is situated. There, we will visit local shop to buy all the dry ingredients we require for our famous Omani Shuwa and of course the fresh meat. Once arrived in our farm, we will have lunch before starting to cook. You will be invited to prepare the meat and do all the processing: marinate the meat in Omani spices, wrapped it in banana leaves and put it underground sand over. After that, the meat needs to be cooked during at least 6 hours. During this time, relax with your hosts and enjoy the Omani hospitality with an Omani coffee and some dates. We offer you the opportunity to visit Barka by an exciting horse riding (with horses from our farm) on the beach nearby, Sawadi Beach.

Come back to the farm, (possibility to freshen up in our bathroom) before joining your hosts and sharing some stories before starting the dinner. By 8pm our Shuwa will be ready: you will discover the traditional way to share the dinner with the Omani family.

Overnight at Muscat

Start your day by completing your visit of Muscat. Then, leave the city to join Nizwa, one of the most historical city and Oman’s cultural capital. Visit of the powerful Fort with its massive Circular Cannon Tower, one of the most impressive forts in Oman. Then, visit of the Souq, a lively place and an ideal location to purchase handicrafts and souvenirs. Discover the famous Halwa, an Omani sweet made of dates and spices, very popular in the country. In the Souq, you will be able to taste different kind of Halwa and dates.

Overnight at Nizwa

After breakfast and check-out and drive toward Jebel Akhdar, which stands at a height of 2000m above sea level. The mild climate and verdant surroundings during the drive here demonstrate why itis referred to as the “green jewel” of the Al Hajjar mountain ranges. Jebel Al Akhdar is well-known for its fruit orchards, which are arranged up the mountainside in a step farming or terrace plantation style. The numerous natural springs and the Aflaj system, which consistsof several Falaj sets, provide water to these plants. A wide range of fruit trees, including peaches, apricots, figs, grapes, apples, pears, plums, almonds, and walnuts, may be seen growing here. Along the way, we will pass through the villages of Al Ain, Wadi Bani Habib (the town of the old houses), and Saiq. The villages offer a breathtaking view of the Wadis, gorges, and high peaks.

Overnight at Jebel Akhdar

Leave the Green Mountain and drive towards Wahiba Sands which is famous for itsmulticolored sand which varies from black to honey golden. After that, you’ll meet your Bedouin host, who will give you an overview of the way of life here. To go to his Bedouin camp, where you will have a traditional lunch, he will drive you through the desert to experience the exciting dunes bashing. During the lunch, you will have the chance to know more about Omani culture and lifestyle. After that, you will have the possibility to have a camel ride before going to an amazing spot to watch the spectacular sunset. Transfer to your desert camp.

Overnight in the desert

You will start your day with Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman’s most beautiful wadis. The wadi has clear deep blue water and counts among the few wadis of the Oman that hold water all year round. From the mountain springs, the water is led to the oasis where it sustains the typical date palms. Continue with Sur, a lovely seaside city. This traditional city have old white houses with beautiful doors add up to bring about a real touch of charm. The last traditional dhow building yard is located here – a must visit ! Finally, end your day at Raz Al Jinz, the best spot in Oman to observe sea Turtles. Once darkness descends, you will be able to observe turtles in this protect area with a turtle specialist guide.

Overnight at Raz Al Jinz

Continue your journey with the visit of the famous Wadi Shab. After a small boat crossing to reach the starting point of the walk, they will enjoy a small hike of 40 minutes until the first natural pool. From here, they will have time to cool off and enjoy a swim. Explore and swim inside the cave to discover in the last pool the hidden waterfall. After that, you will drive towards Wadi Al Arbeieen, one of the most spectacular and worth visiting Oman wadis. It provides the ultimate soundtrack of nature, that refers to the sounds of running water, birds and the wind flowing through the narrow channels. You will enjoy a dip in freshwater pools, and experience the serenity of walking through a wadi.

Overnight at Wadi Al Arbeieen

Transfer from Wadi Al Arbeieen to Seeb Marina in early afternoon to embark for Daymanyiat Island. After 30 minutes of boat, you will reach the island on which you will spend the night. You will be able to do snorkeling and some activities offers by the camp. Snorkel amidst vibrant coral reefs, where an abundance of colorful fish, turtles, and other marine creatures call home. After the sunset, you will have a barbecue dinner and the oportunities to see the bioluminescence algae along the water.

Overnight on the Island.

Early morning wakes up if you want to, to observe to stunning sunrise. After your breakfast, you will have the chance to go one more time for snorkeling before going back to Seeb Marina by 12pm. Once back, transfer to your hotel.
